Zero Waste Banana & Chocolate Smoothie

  • (high-speed) blender


  • 1 frozen banana, (wash the banana with the peel, cut it in slices and let it freeze at least for a couple of hours)
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 dl (soy) milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • chocolate chips, peanuts or granola as a topping


Almond Butter Cream

  • Mix 1 tbsp of almond butter and 1 tbsp either of water or soymilk. Whisk well with a small whip or fork until creamy.


  • Blend all other ingredients but the topping.
    Serve in a glass, add the cream on top, and then some toppings. Add a pinch of cocoa or cinnamon.
