A very simple recipe with an asian taste

I was not a fan of smoked tofu until I found a really good brand. Now that I found an excellent one, I simply love it!
I like to add it in salads and soups, but it is just as good on its own.
For this dish, I used purple cabbage, carrots, and onions with a soy sauce and sesame oil dressing. You could enjoy it as a side for a rice bowl.

Smoked Tofu Salad
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 100 g smoked tofu, in chunks
- 1/4 cabbage, thinly cut
- 1 carrot, thinly cut
- 1 onion, thinly cut
- sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a pan heat some sesame oil and roast the tofu chunks together with some crushed garlic. Add some soy sauce and stir for about 5 minutes or until the tofu looks crispy. In a bowl mix all the veggies, with some sesame oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with some chopped coriander and place the tofu chunks on top. Enjoy!
