Shirataki Creamy One-Pot Noodles

If you’ve been looking for a wonderfully flavorful meal with few calories, look no further! The shirataki noodles contain ridiculously very few calories. About 10 per 100g, therefore less than many vegetables. In the recipe, completely vegan, I added some broccoli and a fabulous peanut sauce with spicy oil. I used Tibetan chili oil but you can use another similar one. I chose to make a one-pot for one person because this quick recipe to prepare is perfect for one serving. It will take you almost no time to cook and also to wash after eating.
