Crunchy savory granola to add to your soups or salads.
Here I added the savory granola to my fennel soup (which you should definitely try because everyone loves it. Seriously!)
Savory Tahini Granola
Crunchy topping for soups or salads
Servings: 1 Jar
- 200 g Rolled oats
- 20 g Pumpkin seeds
- 20 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp Tahini, heaped
- 1 tbsp (Olive) Oil
- Mix tahini with 3-4 tbsp of water to make it creamy. Add all the ingredients, mix together, and spread them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180° for 5 minutes. Then turn over the oats and leave in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
