Here I added the savory granola to my fennel soup (which you should definitely try because everyone loves it. Seriously!)

Savory Tahini Granola

  • 200 g Rolled oats
  • 20 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 20 g Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Tahini, heaped
  • 1 tbsp (Olive) Oil
  • Salt



  • Mix tahini with 3-4 tbsp of water to make it creamy. Add all the ingredients, mix together, and spread them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.


  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180° for 5 minutes. Then turn over the oats and leave in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
