Roasted cabbage is a delicious and healthy way to enjoy this nutritious vegetable. It’s rich in vitamin C, fiber, and other essential nutrients that can help support your immune system and overall health. Plus, the vegan almond creamy sauce is a flavorful and satisfying addition that adds a creamy texture to the dish without using any dairy.

This recipe is also easy to customize to your liking. You can add different herbs and spices to the roasted cabbage or adjust the seasoning in the vegan creamy sauce to suit your taste preferences. Plus, it’s a great side dish that pairs well with a variety of main courses, from grilled tofu to roasted tempeh.
The sauce I used for this recipe is one of my favorites. Try my Vegan Creamy Salad too, where I used a similar sauce.
