Pear Protein Smoothie (with lupin flour)

Here’s one of my favorite smoothies. If you’ve never tried it you cannot imagine how creamy a pear smoothie can be. Add some cinnamon and a walnut on top and enjoy the fall atmosphere!

You can omit the lupin flour if you don’t have it. Instead, put some protein powder or some more oats.
In any case …yum yum yum!

RECIPE

Ingredients

1 pear
1 banana (yes, I kept some of the peel in my smoothie as you can see on the video)
100g, silken tofu
1 dl, soy milk
1 tbsp oats flour (or rolled oats)
1 tbsp lupin flour
cinnamon & walnuts for the topping

Blend, blend, blend …
