It’s not a secret that I like quick meals. I also like meals, that I can prepare without making a mess in the kitchen. Here you’ll only need a chopping board, a knife and a jar. You’ll surely have five minutes to invest for this delicious pudding. Prepare it in the evening, enjoy a good night’s sleep and in the morning you’ll find ready a healthy and delicious breakfast.
Peach Chia Pudding
Servings: 2 people
- 50 g chia seeds
- 4 dl rice or oat milk
- 1 peach, diced
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- Set the chia seeds in a bowl together with oat or rice milk. Mix well and let rest in a cool place for at least 4-5 hours or one night.
- Just before serving, mix the peach dice with a tbsp of vanilla syrup. Place one tpbs of it on the bottom of a glass or jar, layer with half of the chia seeds, and place another tbsp of peach dice on top. Enjoy!
